How do I buy the graphics?
Every item has an "Add to cart" button in the lower left corner.Use it to add the items you want to your cart.
Once you are done with your purchase, click the "Checkout" button.
If this is your first visit, you will be asked to create a profile. Once logged in, just follow the information on the screen.
The payment is done through paypal, which mean you can also use your creditcard.

How do i download my graphics?
After your purcase, you will recieve an email.
You can use the link in the email to log in to your account,
or you can use the log in link in the upper right corner on the website.
Once logged in, you can download your items through the "Download" link.

I changed my mind. Can i get a refund?
No im sorry, but because this is a digital product, you cannot get a refund.

How do i use the graphics?
All graphics has been zipped, so you will need a zip program to unzip them.
The files has been saved as .PNG, so you need a drawing/photo program to be able to open them.

What is a .PNG file?
When an image is saved, you can save them as many things, depending on what it is used for.
The most common way to save graphics is as .JPEG and .PNG files.
Graphics saved as .PNG has a transparent background, and will work with any drawing/photo program.

How big are the graphics?
All graphics on Znowflake.com are very big.
The average size of an image is around 4500 x 4500 pixels.
Each graphic has its pixel size added to its description.

What are Add ons?
Add ons are images that can be used to decorate or help you create a whole new image.
Ex, flowers, trees, insects, etc.

What are Creations?
Creations are pictures that are ready for use as they are.
They can be used for basically everything, and all you need to do i add them to whatever canvas (postcard, T-shirt, candywrapper, etc) you want to create.

What are Singels?
Singels, are single images that can be used as they are, or combined with other images to make your own unique creations.

No im affraid i dont have the time.

Can I make suggestions for new graphics?
Sure. But I cant guarantee if and when they will be made.

Can I send you something I made with your graphics?
Sure. I will be more than happy to see what you have done, and maybe even add it to the website with a link.

Can I send you my banner?
If you would like to do a banner swap, that is just fine.
Please send me a banner around the size of 468 x 60 and include a link to your website and a link to where you added my banner.
